There are so many beautiful places to take a stroll in Massachusetts. One of my absolute favorite spots is in Concord, MA. For a wildlife lover, it’s heaven! Here are my latest encounters. Hope you enjoy.
A beautiful Great Blue Heron was sitting right by the trail close from the entrance.
My favorite insects of all.
Common birds of the northeast, but I just love them!
Lily pads make the scene complete…
A dragonfly was busy depositing eggs into the water.
Busy bee 🙂
Two different species of bees on a same cluster of flowers!
I spotted a tiny red bug on a leaf…
Close up reveals that a Spotted Lady Beetle was eating a yet tinier bug.

Love these little beetles!
A magnificent creature!
A passing boat on the Concord River made gentle ripples in a path that connects to the meadow pools.
Glad to see some frogs by the water’s edge.
Don’t you just love the way they look at you?
Wild rabbits always make me very happy!
Shhhh, he sees me!
What’s better than a bunny? A family of rabbits!!! These three dined and hopped around right in front of me.
Aw… sweet bunny kisses!
This was from a visit in the spring.
Thank you for stopping by to look at the pictures. Please come back again!
